Original Blend is a high energy build that embraces groove, unevenness, and surprises. Originally written for violinist Todd Reynolds, bass clarinetist Michael Lowenstern, and drum-set, I have since expanded it to larger ensembles including winds, strings, and percussion. This version, arranged by Jeff Heisler, beautifully captures the energy and enthusiasm of the original.
